Meet your BCBA
Alexander Stark, M.S., BCBA, is the founder and clinical director of Stark ABA, serving families throughout Fairfield County, Connecticut. He is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a strong background in providing individualized, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children diagnosed with autism.
Alexander earned his Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and became certified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Over the years, he has worked in multiple roles across the ABA field—starting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and progressing to Senior ABA Therapist and Case Manager before founding Stark ABA. This experience allows him to bring a comprehensive understanding of clinical programming, staff development, and family collaboration to every case he oversees.
His approach centers on delivering practical, effective interventions that promote communication, independence, and meaningful progress for each child. Alex is dedicated to empowering families through education, consistent communication, and individualized treatment planning that reflects the needs and goals of each learner.
